tomarrow i report into SOI for ITB. Im bringing with me 1 sea bag, 1 war bag, and 1 bodybag. how on earth am i supposed to carry all of that without putting the sea bag on my back [a rule from boot camp, don't know if it still applies]. im just hoping if someone can tell me its ok to carry it on my back while wearing Alphas, if not i dont know what im going to do.

IMO, that would only apply outdoors---because that's the only place you would salute an officer.

Ok listen... seriosuly because this will come up later. you CAN wear any bag on your back if it is ISSUED (at boot camp, unit supply, SCIF) that seabag is issued and YES you can wear it. Use common sense. If someone outranks ou and tells you to take it off, just say aye and take it off, because little crap isnt worth it. Just know for your own FYI that you can always wear issued bags in uniform when not in formation.

dood just get a cart at the airport. and when you get to the school house... just put it on the ground outside the CP until they tell you where to go. than go put your little duffle bag in the staging area... than go back and get your seabag...

I called it a ditty bag too in boot, but I have heard some people call them "war bags". I have no farking idea who gave it that name, but I doubt anyone's brought those little bags to war.
the "War bag" we called it a "ditty bag" Is worthless. Looks like and basically is a giant camoflauge women's purse type thing. total waste. Should issue Specops or Camelback tactical backpacks in coyote instead. those things rock,I have both.
