i am a 0331 and i have been in the marines for 4 years with 4 deployments with a partial deployment due to a 5 year contract and my battalion is trying to send me back foe 90 days and only 45 days to process out find a job, move my family and do all my taps and everything else. the only thing is they won't fap or cap me out. anyony have any advice on that??

Hollywood is right. Other than Request Mast there's nothing you can really do. As far as the request mast goes the decision is going to be decided by the needs of your battalion. Unfortunately your CO holds all the cards. All he has to say is that your needed. Also in they eyes of many (ironically enough the ones deciding this have never gotten out and thus don't know how long of a process that can be)45 days is plenty of time to take care of everything. In my opinion you're getting nailed from behind without lube.
