Hello,
I am a film producer/writer and am currently developing a screen play.

Because the story is still in development and a draft has not been registered with the WGA, I am not at liberty to disclose the story in it's entirety. It is about a young man who joins the Corps before 9/11 and excels on to become a recon marine. Of course after the attacks he was deployed.

What I'm looking for a recon marines accounts of a where you were on the morning of 9/11. How soon did you have to report? Were you on leave? If so, did you have to immediately return to base? etc....

I want to be authentic with my character development and events that actually occurred.

Anything will help- I would love to here your stories.

Mr. Vaga, you've walked into our Hootch asking something from us and yet you show disrespect to a Marine. Do you act like this when you walk into someone else's home or is it we don't rate the very respect you ask for yourself?

This is Marine Infantry. We've been places where most won't go and done things other's won't do so both of you take it outside as we're not impressed.

You know what... I may have come off like an @$$ to my Marine brothers specially and I didn't want to do that. I don't want to be the guy to walk into your house, stink up the place with a taco f@rt and walk out.

I just felt like poking fun at Mr. movie ,it seemed like an easy target, I had a bad day, whatever.

Hell, it may even be cool to see a short film about the subject. That's how District 9 started
