Maybe you guys can tell me what other standing armies uses body armor. Russian? Chinese?
Ceramic plates?

I'm sure both of those countries have body armor, not 100% positive, but it's probably a safe bet. A quick Google search could probably tell you more.

I doubt there are many more militaries that gear up as much as the Army or Marine Corps though.

Having to wear nomex gloves and ballistic glasses while doing PSD inside a secure base was pretty gay...
