Welcome home. Now that the war is in the beginning of the end phase, you may be wondering what its really all about and what the heck just happened. It's the age old question asked by generations of warriors that only you can answer for yourself.

While everything may seem a bit overwhelming and impossible at first, just know that it all comes in time and things do change within us. Restful sleep eventually comes and life does indeed take on the sense of normalcy you're seeking.

You didn't do anything wrong because there are no winners or losers in combat, only survivors. You did it right. Perhaps thinking back to why you became a Marine in the first place will help you. It sure helped me. It's all good Brother.

Just keep being you and putting one foot in front of the other and it'll all work out for your best as it always does. As we said back in the day ... "Keep the faith Baby!"
