I attended an Afloat Supply Procedures Course at the Navy's Supply Corps School, Athens, GA in 1991...just after being awarded my second National Defense Service Medal, bronze star in lieu of second award...oh how much fun we had with the Navy Ensigns and LTjgs at the school when they got to wear them - for many their first ribbon - about 1/2 would actually look at the ribbon on their chest when we Coasties told them they were on upside down! Of course after about a 1/2 day of this our Navy LT instructor asked us to tone it down some apparently some of the Ensigns were complaining about being picked on by the Coast Guard Chiefs!!! Things actually got a bit warmer for them after that!

I respectfully ask that the thread remains about the subject title "Fleecing of America". Trying to make esoteric connections between how one's ribbons are worn and the subject title will be an exercise in futility.

That is as close as I can get to the incorrect premise that BERTHOLF can be directly or indirectly tied to the phrase "Fleecing of America"

WOW THIS from a person who can connect an innocent thread BACK IN DRY DOCK to a cover up theory. WOW. I am just in utter awe.

Well Larry, all "will be good". Remember Admiral Allen said the NSC's acceptance trial "will be a success". So therefore they "can't" fail in the trials and any certifications."
