I was wondering if there are any photos of the Ships Chiefs Mess, Lounge and Quarters? And are there any Ships Characteristics plans available on the internet.

Because Northrup Grumman still owns the ship, we can't put any interior pictures out to the public. If there are any on the internet, they will likely be on the Deepwater, ICGS or Northrup Grumman websites. Same applies to characteristics. Sorry. I feel certain that as soon as the CG owns the ship pictures will find their way to the WWW. I can tell you that the quarters, lounges and messes are all very crew friendly and that habitability was one of the cornerstones of the design.
