Doing fine. Summer is upon us and it is warm. Hot is next month. The Baghdad Security Plan is working and there is a lot of successes here you do not hear about-markets open that used to be closed, travel is less crasy in certain areas, Iraqis working together on issues, less rocket and mortar launches where I am at, etc

I do not think it will be over soon, but each day the Iraqis are standing up more and more. We do not need anything here. Flippin whiney lawyers are out here now "roughing it" in barracks eating 3 meals a day, hot showers, and they ***** about mail, the internet, and women's heads. I wonder if we could send them to Ramaidi on a fact finding tour? The epitome of REMFs.

Comm would be proud of the lash up we have here. Wire dogs would love the "expedient" holes that were put in the walls to run wire. The mice run along the wires. The squids love this place because it is like being on ship-eat all you want and become a food blister!

I learned a new acronym yesterday-ESS. I was asking what an Iraqi unit was doing in an area and the response was "they are ESSing." Sounded important. I asked what that meant and was told Eating, sleeping and shitting. Ah, true **** birds do exist over here.

*******s had happy fire today because they won the kick ball game. No one was hurt but last time 4 men were injured, 3 returned to duty. Wackos. One of my men was hit in the lower leg from a ricochet. Just a bruise so naturally we spread the word he was hit in the butt because he was loafing. He's a duck so he'll survive. We call them the sand box sailors. Glad they are here but our mess hall reminds us of the bar in star wars-you never know who will show up and what gear they will have on. We have quite a few gear-does and wanna-bes between all the REMFs, private PSDs and cops.

All is fine. Get that dam population back there to see what this is really about. If we do not kick their *** here but good, they are coming to America. I just don't understand why **** heads back home don't get that. I guess when they loose enough of their free speech, then their liberal asses might get a clue. Maybe I'm gettin old, but I don't want our kids and their kids in this ******* of the world.

Or maybe we should give them all kick balls over here? They'll be too busy playing they'll forget about wanting to wack one another.
