Simple question I hope. I have 4+ yrs of active duty, 4 regular reserve years and 3 IRR years. I am going back on active duty in January. I have looked at the DoD Financial Management Regulation 7000.14-R vol. 7a on this but it contridicts itself. When I go back on active duty will my TIS for pay include my IRR time; will I get paid by the 10 yr scale or the 8 year scale not counting IRR?
I have talked to people in the same situation and half say they get paid and half don't?
Just rechecked mine and I am being paid for my IRR time... but I was released early from the IRR for some reason so it is only a few months rather than the three years it should have been. Who knows?

Sorry I wasn't more specific before. If you have 4 years and 1 day of active duty time then your time in the IRR will count towards time in service for pay.
