Im trying to fill out my fafsa and I am having some issues. I need to know the full allowances I was paid last year. It wont let me look at LES's prior to Feb of this year. I cant find all my paper copies. So how do I get Les's prior to what they have on Mypay? I would really appreciate any help anyone could give.

I am looking for any good answer, I recently contacted DFAS and asked for copies of an LES back before 1993 and was told they don't keep records before that. Does anyone know why they don't?

Yes. The state of computer systems in 1993 versus 2009 - aleast those owned by the government. Cost of storage, old near line systems that where not online oriented.

The only things FAFSA asked for was BAH and BAS. Those are pretty easy to figure out--and if you're off by a few bucks, it's not a big deal.
