I'm trying to get my temporary pin for "mypay" and they email it to my CAC e-mail address. I have no idea how to access this e-mail address.

I've heard the only way to do it is in a military installation with a CAC port. But anyway, I'm on leave and straight out of basic.

It isnt a CAC email address. CAC stands for Common Access Card(so it isnt a CAC card). You will have to be at a PC that has a keyboard to insert your CAC. This means all your email is encrypted w/ the CAC and digitally signed.

I personally hate this new system, I have forgotten my password many a times and have had to go to the ID lab to reset my PIN.

So in other words it is true that I will have to access this through a military installation.
