While my son was stationed over seas, Orchard Bank dicided to close my son's account "due to inactivity" When he explained that he was over seas, they would NOT reinstate the account. This affects his credit rating due to closing accounts. Orchard Bank Customer service is Terrible and this bank should be avoided at all costs.

A bank account such as checking or savings has no bearing at all on ones credit report.
