Has anyone else heard that the May 09 SWE cutoffs might be delayed till possibly the end of Sept because of the ME rate standup? I have also heard that because of the ME rate standup the initial AMT cuts might be very limited.

It's the Sector thing and the other modernization actions (such as the Aviation Logistics Center stand-up) that will eat into AMT billets. Pay close attention there.
