I will be reporting to Air Sta Savannnah in April and was wondering if anyone has input on the AN program for AMT's. Just looking for any suggestions or info that I might be overlooking or forgetting to ask about prior to reporting.
You can find a copy of the airman syllabus and airman handbook on CG Central, after logging in click on the units tab, you may have to use the "search for unit/department" link to bring up ATTC. Once you have ATTC's unit information up click on the "services and benefits" link and then the "training oppurtunities" link. Both the airman syllabus and hand book will be there. You can also find some basic information about the airman program in COMDTINST M13020.1F chapter 6.
The airman syllabus is standard for each unit, unfortunately each unit runs it slightly different. You will need to talk to the airman corordinator at Air Sta Savannah for specific details on how they run thiers.
