Well, two problems.

On the website, I took the full ASVAB practice and ended up scoring a 47, 46, and 51(I added up all the scores from each individual part of seperate tests, and divided it by 8. Maybe thats wrong, but I want an Idea of what I'll score on the actual ASVAB) Anyways, my problem is I know NOTHNG about mechanics/electricty/cars(eh) and my math is a bit shakey(Math I can work on). So how do I get help with Mechanics?(Its too late to take a class in mechanics now, and for my senior year I'm focusing on math and english and trying to get a gym class) I want to be an MP, but mechanics is killing my score. Next problem, don't laugh lol, but when I FIRST started running a mile, I was at 18 min(I'm not a runner) and I've gotten it down to about 14:50. My only problem is that my muscles begin to burn like crazy. I'm usually not out of breath(surprisingly) but I get extremly upset when I can't get my time down to 12 min. (When I ran the mile in my sophmore year I always had 10 min, but ever since my junior year, I stopped running) I need to lower my running time, but I want to figure out ways to keep my legs from burning.(I just want stronger legs, not bulky ones) Help would be appreciated. Oh, and do MP'S have to score on a physical test(if any)? Whats the running time supposed to be? (Pushup and situp wise I do pretty good.)

For the ASVAB your best bet would be to check out your local library. Most of them have ASVAB study guides. If not your local book store should have them in stock.

As for running I would run 1 day and then hit the gym the next day. This will help you become stronger in legs and will also improve your run.

But what type of leg excercises should I do? I just want to improve the muscles that matter, not to worried about the other ones that don't.(If all of them matter, then what excercise will give me a full leg excercise?)

You should know that every muscle in your body matters more than you realize no matter what body part you are trying to improve.
I believe you will find what you are looking for here.

Everyone in the Army must pass the AFPT; this might help.

Take your time and prepare for the real ASVAB. The higher your score the more MOS choices you will have.

Good luck.
