hey im a split op soldiier getting ready to ship to AIT at leonard wood. i was wondering what i should take. what is reception going to be like. do i go in acu's? class A's? PT's Civy's i mean what the !!!! the army is not very good at informing you on much. well hopefully there is a former Split-op soldier out there that can let me know.

You are going to arriving there in civilian clothes more than likely, and reception is going to be long and boring. You are going to be processing into Ft. Leonard Wood just like before to make sure all of your data is upto date. I just left there as a 31B and now for the last week I have been processing into my new duty station for the last week here at Schofield Barracks.
