All veterans are eligible for the same benefits based on similar requirements - like war service. Why do you think you are not eligible for a pension?
Contact a Veterans Service Officer at a group like AMVETS, VFW or the American Legion. You do not have to be a member. They can help you.
Unless something has changed very recently that's news to me. Anyone in receipt of a Silver Star automatically receives I believe $175.00 a month and MOH recipients $300. Those amounts do not reflect any colas that may have been assigned to them, been a long time since I looked at this issue. Also, it should automatically qualify you for a pension if you're not disabled, and why you're not in receipt of one is beyond me. You can research it yourself in Title 10 USC in the 1100 sections, and your branch of service. Its there.
