I found some really nice rate description videos on YouTube which are nice for those thinking of joining the Coast Guard. However I haven't been able to find all the rate description videos in particular I am looking for the Operations Specialist, I even looked for an older version of radarman/ telecommunications specialist but I couldn't find it. I was wondering if the Coast Guard's P.A. department made those videos and if there are any on the net for O.S.?
