SO I am going to this class in Hyde Park this Sept. This class is $1,000 and it is all about CUstomer Service. I know it's not somethingwe tend to send out people too but if your unit wants to spend some cash for you to go to the CIA and get some UL college credits then sign up. THe class is only a week and it needs at least six for the class to take place. I made two that have signed up. ANyone interested go to ciaprochef.com The class title is Remarkable Service.
