A cheeseburger is a hamburger with cheese in addition to the meat. The first cheeseburger is said to have been cooked sometime between 1924 and 1926 by a young chef named Lionel Sternberger in Pasadena, California (though the cheeseburger's invention might also be attributed in part to a passing vagrant who allegedly suggested that Sternberger add cheese to one of his burgers).

Wasn't sure about the 2nd part but after some research this is what I learned.
Male and female crabs can be distinguished by examining their segmented abdomen. The abdomen is folded and fitted snugly into a groove on the underside of the crab. The male's abdomen is long and slender, resembling an inverted "T". A female's abdomen changes as it matures; an immature female has a triangular shaped abdomen whereas, a mature female's is rounded.
This is a nice break and learning method. Anyway it beats setting up for CCTI dinner!!!!!
I'll buy that, but what I was looking for was "jimmies" and "she" crabs. How you tell them apart is their aprons the males or "jimmie crab's" apron looks like the Washington monument and the female or "she crab's" apron is shaped like the dome on the capital building. My source was the CIA video on shellfish fabrication, I always used that question as a bonus on the daily quiz after the seafood lecture.
