I wrote a 102 raw, first time taking the FS1 SWE, only have 2.5 years sea time though and just under 3 in rate.

I like to think that I am. I have had 2 great chiefs since I arrived on my cutter as a SNFS. The current FSC has been a great mentor and has had myself and the other second who made FS1 in Jan taking on a lot of responsibility the past year. We have a very positive and close galley for the most part with everyone advancing multiple grades since reporting. I would be the second person to arrive from A-school and advance to FS1 (if I make it) under the current FSC.
