Wow, BDFA when down nearly .30 cents. That is a huge drop for alot of units, now with cost of food going up.

Yeah, with those of us that walk the line every month it makes a difference. Our cost for line items has been going up on a regular basis.

I'm having flashbacks to the mid 90's when we had to use TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein) in place of ground beef because we were so poor. LOL

On the bright side, I have 15 TVP recipes up my sleeve. Stuffed TVP with cheese was a unit favorite (only they thought it was real ground beef).

Well looking on the bright side TVP is healthier than beef
