lardman420,
Try a quick sear in a fry pan and a slow simmer in your sauce. Not to sound too RUDE. It seems to be a strange question from someone claming to so above the rest. Don't take it the wrong way.... It just seems like a "A school" question. But I'm happy to share and cooking info you might need. |

Well thank you for info! I'm not better than anybody. I just think like all the others theyt think that they are the best cook also. Every cook will say that they are better than the others. I just came out and said it and they got mad. They were not made to hurt anyone or put them down it just came out wrong.

I think by saying "not enough bread" you may of been using too much. The egg is a bonding agent and I think the bread is more of just a filler.
Personally I use a light amount of Progresso bread crumbs and just lightly mix the totality of your ingredients. If you use regular bread just make sure the pieces are as small as possible. Then I bake the meatballs in the oven at around 350 to bake off some of the grease, turning them on occasion to keep their texture uniform...then I add them to the sauce. I dont think that was a stupid question in any case. Also too those recipe cards are actually better than people give them credit for. There are a few things in there that suck, but if you actually follow the directions on most everything in there it comes out pretty good. |

Place the meatball on a grill and smash it with a spatula until its flat. Then cook it until the pink is gone, unless you like it that way.

Brian, Now, you know I'm a cook, even if it is by way of the AFRC! never deviated from them! Probably why I found my calling in Recruiting. I was the best at all the paperwork, though! as for my Yankees....I am still taking bets that they will make the playoffs! Your Mets are looking good, bigtime. Lets see where everyone is at come September. As for Spaceweirdo (who is not a cook)........does not warrant another response. JR |

A supposed FS 1 (or E-7 if you read the profile) that doesn't know how to make meatballs? That is scary, very scary. Has anyone else looked at the ribbon rack of this phony? This message has been edited. Last edited by: Ex_CG_GM, |

How low class can you be to place some of the highest awards, awards made posthumously to individuals for deeds that resulted in their deaths, on your profile?
