Hey guys I have been considering going into the CG and entering the rate of AET.

So do you guys have fun doing what you do?

If you're going to join the Coast Guard to be an AET, I suggest you start working on a pale complexion and read as many back-issues of "Wired" as you can get your hands on. Spouting non sequitar that only you understand the meaning of, which creeps everyone else out is also helpful.

No question in my mind, Coasties have the most fun of any branch of the military. As far as AET stories ... Barbers Point guys can tell you about Guam, E-City guys can tell you about St. John's, Clearwater guys can tell you all about the Caribbean ... but for the REALLY good stories, you need to join first

And I could tell some storys about AET2RS....but I wont lol
