The LCPO Conference is Jan 20-24 and that is where the xfr slates are discussed and hopefully finalized. You should have an idea of where you are "penciled" in for by now if your transferring but the orders won't be out for a little while longer with the overseas orders coming out first.
From a good source, here is what you can expect with regards to orders.
Pay grade report dates as follows.
E-4 - Report NLT 01AUGXX E-5 - Report NLT 01JULXX E-6 and up - Report NLT 15JULXX
You should see PCS overseas first, followed by inconus, then fleet ups and extensions, with any luck all orders will be issued by the end of February if not sooner.

That's very reliable. CWO M sent that out the last few days or so to all the LCPO's. Still need to keep an eye on last minute SILO's & RILO's that can force a re-rack for some folks who might already be penciled in. Proceed with due patience and caution....good luck to all.
