I'm an ET3 right now. I have 3 1/2 years in service and my OBLISERV as an ET is up in April. I have taken the last SWE and will hopefully make ET2 sometime in the beginning of next year. I have heard some talk about lateral entry from ET to AET being possible. Is this true? If so, I'd really like to look into it. Thanks!

what jadeel said. there was an ET1 in the class ahead of me in a school just to drop down to AET3
