In alot of the SWE discussions, in the individual ratings forums, the most common advice is to study hard. That is truely the best methodology to prepare for the SWE.
Some complain about the dino's in the rating as the reason they are pushed back.
To remedy this, I have been writing a treatise on the Advancement Competition Game. I have come to a halt because I wanted to use some real world information to illustrate the various factors vice just the averages I got from the PSC(adv) website. I know it would be damm near impossible to get a single rating to offer all the information from their PDE [Personnel Data Extract] so I won't ask for any rating. I am asking for individual information. Your name will not be associated with your information in the public arena. Your grade won't be associated with your information in the public arena. I am looking for 100 people, between PO3 and PO1 who are willing to send me the information below.
