Every month I see folks who are TAD, on liberty, PCS'ing, etc scramble to find out whats on the monthly Enlisted Personnel Advancemnt Announcement, since its not Internet releasable. Yet, I can go to the "Internet Releasable CGMS General Messages" every month and view the monthly Officer Promotion Authorization Listing and the Enlisted Reserve Advancement Announcement.

I don't get it? Whats the differnce, why the secrecy with the EPAA? Anyone have the inside scoop, I'm sure there is a logical reason.

Employee IDs

On the EPAA's the Department ID is on it just like the ERAA and the OPAL. Why can't we standardize it to the EPAA?
