Wow. there isn't always a guarantee they might make 0 for some rates, I'm an SK and the list usually keeps on moving and I am 99.9% sure that I will make it in Feb. but for the other shipmates it isn't exactly guaranteed unless it is set in stone(aka message).

Go figure that "get a life" would not make his profile public. Guess he is either not on the list or so far from the cut and his way at getting back to all that studied hard and made the grade.
