The PDE's for the May 08 SWE are on Peoplesoft. Remember log-in> Self Service> Employee> View> SWE PDE. If it's not uploaded yet it will be mailed to you so....
The PDE comes out the same time yearly, for the next SWE. PDE Validation/Verification is due early March. Future SWE are not going to be canceled, just because the cut has not come out yet, for the previous test.
Your Candidate Status & Points will be stated on your PDE. Giving you time to fix mistakes, and change your eligibility of taking the next SWE. IMO, if you are not above the cut yet, take the next test. It will serve you well for future promotions,er, ADVANCEMENTS. There, is that better? G-wiz, GAL.

Oh no...do you mean like this? Officers get promoted...Enlisted get advanced! This actually does bug me a little. I hear lt all the time. I will be the first one to correct you if I hear it.

I find it funny that anyone would be/get upset about something as petty as that. It goes along the same lines I used to hear while wearing green, "Do not call me sir!! I work for a living!!"
I fail to give importance to that. I have other things to worry about like my job!! Advance, promote, does it really matter?...jeeezzzz.
