Yeah, well I have an uncle, who once was a Marine that knew this Coastie when he was in Guam that once heard that the advancements were set meant to torture all enlisted men and women so they let things leak in mens bathrooms that were only true every 5th month from that month and he doesn't remember what month or year that was...

Thats some pretty funny stuff. We need to get a spy at PSC so we can get the inside scoop. Whoever gets orders there consider yourself our mole you owe it to us enlisted.

PSC has nothing to do with the cuts. CG PC does the message.

Just seen the reserve March Advancement message, still waiting on Actuve Duty though

It will be out tomorrow. But don't expect anything better than last month's run, especially those hoping for an E-6 and above adv.

Yeah I am not really, after the last few. What I really want to see is the SWE cutoffs for NOV07

There was already a May 2007 revision. The 2nd May07 and 1st Nov07 revision, are usually on the same msg, and will not likely come out until the summer.
End of June Perhaps?

I know, does the one that came out 31 December count for the one that comes out around Febuary? Normally it gets revised 4 times during the year. I guess I am just hoping!

4 Revisions are not guaranteed. There is the the first Cut in Aug/Sep, 1st revision in Feb/Mar and 2nd revision in June. But, as you stated the revision came early this year. The May07 Revision was sent out on Dec31st, because they had to revise the mostly zero-Aug-cuts, before Jan 1st. So the Feb/Mar Revision was moved to Dec31st,to cover Jan 1st. There still might be two more revisions though.

Look on the bright-side. If there are too many unanticipated vacancies, they will adv. past the cut, until the list is exhausted or until Jan09. Which ever comes first.
