I know it's high hopes but I hope since the early advancement message came out. They are implementing it into the Feb message, and thats what took longer....

You guys are really not complaining about the nov. SWE list for advancement.... I made the cut from the MAY 2007 list and still have not been advanced and I was not at the bottom of the list I am like 2/3 of the way down. How about the others from may who are at the bottom of the lists and are getting orders at the next paygrade because they are getting short toured and are not even that paygrade...........

The advencement list has nothing to do with the cutoff's. All it says is who is advancing Feb 1.
