It will be the Feb. advancement message which will take from the most current cutoff list.

The Feb message is from the NOV SWE. Mostly for the rates that have been exhausted from the 07 May SWE.

JRM...that is an incorrect statement. The February advancement message and all the others until 01JULY are advancing from the MAY07 SWE. Unless your rate falls into one of those categories of an exhausted rate that was on the "Early Advancement Authorization" message, than those who took the NOV 07 SWE will not see advancments until 01 JULY. Hope this helps.

I guess becuase histoically the reserve message comes out before ours. It's always a sign ours will be out in a couple of days. Good luck to all.
