Can anyone help me out? I have been trying to find the 1/4 turn deckplate fasteners along with the clip on inserts. I can find the fastener studs through grainger, fastenal etc. but cannot find the clip on inserts. any ideas?

They're called DZUS Fittings, the ones on 110's are the 1/4 turn variety and southco makes them.
