Here is some info I pulled from another board topic:

this might sound like a really dumb question but i am new to the swe's and i see the cuts have come out and they are 104 for the mk2 list, does this mean they are goin to advance 104 people off the nov 08 swe and stop there and advance no more poeple off the list, or do they eventually advance everyone off the nov 08 swe using revisions or do the remaining people just have to take the may 09 swe and hope they make that cut.

Yes means as of right now the cut is 104, they may make adjustments. If are below the cut as of now I would plan on the May 09 SWE.

The odds are pretty likely of having a revision for both MK1 and MK2 are pretty likely if you look back in the past.

There are too many factors involved to say if they will make a revision or not. Historically, they have, but we are near full capacity. Also, retention will probably be higher this year than the past which is all that matters.
