It's good to see a go getter. I was on the same road as you while at Station Pensacola some years back. Me and a certain high ranking person didn't see eye to eye. He worked the hard workers harder and coddled the children. Since that time I have become an EPO ashore and am on my way to EPO afloat. Good luck and don't let em kill ya.

Go get um. I now have my 41UTB, 26TANB, and 25RBS coxn ltrs. It took a lot of hard work to get them but to me its worth it. I find it to make my job a lot easier doing power trails and the like and I don't have to ask anyone to get u/w for currency. Good luck and study the sar addendum before your board.

Some good advice the BMC passed along to me when I passed my board- Always remember what position you have on board that sortie; If your the Coxswain, let the Engineer do his job. If your the Engineer, let the Coxswain be in charge.

Congrats to you all. I would like to see more MKs with thier coxswain quals. On the same hand I'd like to see more coxswains with Engineer quals. It can only enhance your unit, your pride and the C.G. Dave
