If you're transferring AY10, Where are you wanting/hoping to go? (geograph./platform)

Back to ALASKA, Anywhere I can get to. Hopefully either the MUSTANG, SPAR, HICKORY or ROANOKE.

I'm looking for anything 87-270 feet long in D1,5, or 7

IDK yet. I may extend on here (the tornado) or i may try to get back home on the west coast. that excludes cali. but im trying for oregon, maybe seattle. or even may try to get back up to alaska again.

where at in AK you trying for?

well i was in ketchikan on the acushnet, so i dont want to go there again. im thinking homer area maybe kodiak. i would rather the main land though.

Pending the ME lateral message.... I want somewhere out of Tampa or ST Pete

I'm a priority 3... Own a house in st pete so am going to try and stay in the area

Pri 5 out of STANT Kenosha... Need seatime for advancement, so I'll probably end up on something big, white and 378 feet long. Oh well.

I am at a MSU now so I will be around a pri. 15 however I would like to go back to the gulf coast to a black hull. I dont need any sea time to make first so I guess I will have to wait and see. Does anyone know when the shopping list will be out?

Well guys looks like I'm headed back to AK early. Just got orders yesterday to CGC MUNRO. Good Luck with the transfer season.

after talking to my command about the ME rate and everything with that i think i am giving up on the ME rate. I have talk to my BMCS about the solication and the job in Burlington VT.

Shopping list should be out Sept 25. Check ALCGENL 075/09 for the AY 2010 time line.

Not anymore! The list is gone accept for the Bahrain jobs. Atleast that is what mine says for MKC.

I have been working on closing the MK2 billets in Direct Access, so as not to confuse anyone. There were almost 400 open MK2 billets, which is not accurate, as we still have a few weeks before we publish the AY 10 Shopping list. Your posting has Member's submitting E-Resumes, and Commands are calling us, as to why an MK2 billet is listed as open in Direct Access, when it will not be open in AY 10. Please understand that we have a lot of work to do, and the open billets in Direct Access are not correct, what so ever. There are only so many hours in a day, if you know what I mean.

Is the MK2 list on peoplesoft the correct version? I read the message saying the list was posted then, it has changed over the weekend. Just wondering when it will be safe to start applying for jobs.

There will be chages as our AY10 SITREP 2 stated that we are now moving into the Command validation of the shopping list time frame. You still have 2 months until the E-Resume deadline.
