I have brought my personaly purchased tools to work to complete the Coast Guard mission. I have purchased specialty tools at part time jobs that I also used at my CG job. I also have old "page 7" that I have been issued tools. Did anybody ever claim a tool box or any weight at all? I have claimed a 1000# tool box as PROGEAR. I maybe an extcepion to the rule but I am fighting it, hopefully for the good of furthur MK's.
