So what is the guess of everyone: Will there still be one, come July 15?

It went down 3/10s of a point last year. I'm guessing it might go down to 1.0 from a 1.2 this year.

Good thing I'm reenlisting In May before they do go down again.. It'll be a bummer if they go up tho haha, oh well!

it did go down some last year.. However, before you had the option of taking a one time payment and paying a penalty. Now everyone gets the one time payment and there is no penalty for doing so, only bad thing is you dont have the option. But the drop of .3 kind of balances out the one time payment deal from before...
