I think I have it figured out. There is only one person in the CG that can hit the send button and they are on leave, or in a meeting, or tad, or their computer is down, or they broke their send button finger.

I remember you telling me that now, were you on there with Doug Mccormick? he was at station when I was down there but he did KI too. he just took over amberjack I believe. enjoy the ride when your time comes you'll know it then collect the check.

I am hoping for no revision and a huge cut next year!!1 What do you guys think will happen with the cut based on the new LE-S rating? Anybody care to speculate about new billets for the new FRC's? Hopefully they are all MKC epo jobs!

That would be nice. The MFPU land units are getting MKC's as EPO/Engineering section chiefs but I would bet on creating more MKCS billets for the FRC's which would in-turn create more MKC billets. As for the LE-S rating, still to far down the road for billit re-structuring yet. Makes no difference to me, just promote me already(ha).
