I have looked through all the stowage lists I can find and also the defender class handbook, but I can't seem where the ign. keys and fuel card are to be stowed when not in use.Ill keep reading. Thanks for any help in advanced.

You will not find any info on that. We just stow the fule card in the nav kit. The ign keys we keep in the key switch unless we are not at our home dock then we just keep them on one of the crewman.

We now secure the watch at 2000. For security reasons we keep the key in the first aid kit. No where to fuel boat in AOR except at the station so the fuel is in the SKs safe.

We keep the fuel card in the spare parts kit, and the keys in the ignition. but if we're not at our dock then they come out of the ignition and the Cox'n keeps them.

we keep ours (keys and card) In the tow light storage above the aft door.

According to policy: Keys wherever you want to put them(not a policy) and card secured unless you are with it(is CG policy).
