Actually, his question is valid. The message is meant to interpret that, if there are NO VOLUNTEERS, AY10 &AY11 WILL BE CONSIDERED. Meaning, if your Tour Complete in 10-11, you may be going whether or not you like it. There's not many people left that are tour complete in 09.

I still don't see the validity. I see what you are saying as far as the tour complete AY09 personnel but the way it is worded seems that they aren't looking for anyone past AY11. That was what I originally got from the message and makes sense with the guy with AY12 transfer date getting kicked back.
