I got lots....a few to start are where did the program manager approve you to go to school? what type of cost ceiling did you get? how many school packages did you submit to the program manager?
Well, if you have lots then we better talk over the phone. To answer your questions; I didn't receive a cost ceiling or if there was one my school cost was so low it was never a problem. I submitted two school proposals; one to Trident Tech in Charleston, Sc.( A good many of the ACET students go there, my CWO is currently going there ) and another to Gainesville State College in Oakwood & Watkinsville, Ga. where I currently go. I chose Gainesville College because the campus is about 4 miles from my in laws and so my wife has been eating this tour up. I went a majority of the time to the Watkinsville campus but from now till August I will be driving from Athens to Oakwood Mon-Thurs. Physics & Most engineering classes can only be taken on the main campus. Athens also has a Navy base which is convienent for Commissary, Gym, Exchange, CDC, Navy Federal, Base housing (Which I don't use) etc.... The paperwork you submit every semester is the frustrating part. The book reimbursements usually take about 8-10 weeks and your book costs usually run about $400+/semester. I cannot tell you anything at this time about follow tours because I'm still waiting on orders but I can tell you from what I've heard that the needs of the service come before follow up tours.
