What do you mean 28 more people on the list from the Nov 08 SWE?

They do not get added to the May 09 SWE. Is that what you are implying?

I don't think he was implying they would be added to the May 09 list. They will have to make the last 28 if there are going to be any early advancements. What Mr. Bopp said, at least I think this is what he meant, is that 9 of those 28 have already made it off of the May 08 list leaving only 19 on the Nov list.

You are on the right track. There is more to the big picture in regards to advancements. IE: Approved advancements for MKs to higher ranks above you on the May 2008 SWE, and paying attention to retirements, or lack there of. As there are fewer members on the Nov 2008 MK1 SWE list, as you may have thought, there are also fewer members on the revised May 2008 MKC SWE list.

For those who don't know Harleys, the best fuel is 93 octane.
