Hey guys I'm in need of a vendor who rebuilds or sells paxman injectors for cheap money. Ive got 4 paxmans on the Tornado and we just pop tested em all. Out of 64 injectors we only had 17 that passed. The ones that failed, failed because they were spraying out of the weep holes on the bodies. According to the PMS for the chatter test there is not suppossed to be any drippage or spray from the body. Any ideas? Ive got a vendor in Luisiana who sells them for $2300 a pop and to over haul them is even more after you buy the special tools and parts needed. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!!

There's a company in Fort Lauderdale FL that rebuilds fuel pumps and injectors. Give me until tomorrow to find out and as far as I remember prices were pretty good.

Hello,
Most Cutters in the 7th District used:
Clean Air Fuel Injection Services
1141 Holland Dr # 24
Boca Raton, FL 33487
(561) 241-0242
They have a quick turn around, and they are less expesive than Fluid Mechanics. FDDA and MTU dealers use them alot.
Good Luck.

Try M&D in Houston. They deal with all injection systems.

Thanks for all your input. We managed to scare up a few new injectors last inport. We ran like **** this go round until we hit key west. MAT KW hooked us up with some new ones also and that really did the job for us. The skipper is happy too because he has his speed boat back. Roll Eyes

I know it's a little late from the original message in may 07 ,but here at MAT Key West we keep a bunch of injectors all the time ready to go and also rebuild them as long as you buy the rebuild kit, which only cost about $150 each,.We did the job in the Tornado and they were very happy.we'll help anybody who need them.mk1

Is there any of that radar absorbing crap left on the Tornado, or did the rest of it finally fall off?
