Who can get me a contact person/number to request a boat/cutter ride for the San Fran fleetweek airshow this fall? I'm going out there for my big "4-oh" this year and would love to be able to watch the airshow from the water.

Your more than welcome to come aboard the mighty ASPEN. I can be your POC if needed, we usually have the best seats in the house. Right on the center line for the Blue Angels. Gimme a call or email me...I'm in global.

Personal note: The ASPEN is AWESOME for Fleetweek. Facilities, crew, and view. Sector hooked up a ride for my parents a couple of years ago, they are STILL talking about it. BZ to the ASPEN and all. My deepest thanks as well. (I'd post pictures but I'd have to put them on the web someplace...)

(side note: there are usually some other cutters out there moving about and such, but if you can get on the ASPEN...go for it. I was in a bunker for last years fleetweek, not quite as exciting... Razz)

Fleet Week is held in San Fran Bay every year around Oct. It's a combination of an Airshow with a bonus of the Blue Angels, and a USN display of a variety of ships, Destroyers, Frigates, Aircraft Carriers...etc. It's a whole weekend of fun, bring the family!!

BMC,

Don't have access to a SWIII (on leave), you can send info to me here at home. Just give me all of your info and any one else who will be with you (First, Last Names and relation). Thanks.
