I havent ever flown to Germany space A but am planning too. Let me know how it goes, I really want to go for Octoberfest and hit all the beer fests! In case you dont know, check this web-site out. You may have to create a username and password but it has alot of great info on space A travel schedules and even some advertisements offering some pretty good deals on vacation rentals in Germany. Good luck and safe traveling! http://www.pepperd.com/cgi-bin/spacea/board-auth.cgi?fi...8.html&lm=1228857296

I did! Dover Delaware goes there everyday I think twice a day. My friend and I were on a flight within 20 minutes of arrival to dover. We didn't rent a car, we just had backpacks and took trains everywhere, stayed at hostels and hotels. Go to Heidleberg!!! It's beautiful! Trains are better in my opinion, you get to see the castles in the hillsides, and just stare out the windows as you go through towns. Make sure you have your leave chit reflect a couple days leeway extra in case you have trouble getting a flight back. Be ready for their yucky water, all their water seems to be selzer.

Well thanks for the information. The trip was great! We flew out from Baltimore International (they have an AMC terminal) on a commerical 747. food, in flight movies, the while nine yards for only $15. Landed in Ramstein, rented a car and drove to Munich. Went to the Lent Beer Fest and took a walking tour which I highly recommend. Then drove to St. Moritz, switzerland for two days of skiing and snowboarding. Had to sit in the airport all day on Saturday cause a fwe of the flights were canceled to the east coast but caught a flight sunday afternoon right to Andrews AFB outside of DC. Great trip, about $500 per person everything inlcuded. Highly recommended.
