That's actually a little true. Based on the science of how levers work, the more the load weighs (your torso), the more amount of effort (strength exerted) is needed at the fulcrum (your azz). The longer the lever (the longer your body), the more effort is required to overcome resistance (gravity). |

Evidently that faded to the background of Army history because along with the Salt Peter rumor.....nobody seems to spread that anymore on Sand Hill that I am aware of. Haven't heard of it on this website.
That rumor is certainly not dead!! I thoroughly believed it during basic at Fort Sill...mostly cause I...had trouble coming to the position of attention...for the entire 9 weeks |
