That facebook post is probably one of the most elaborate and hilarious pranks pulled off by facebook hackers ever. Rather than doing anything malicious like deleting her account they just started one of the best comment threads of all time. There were a whole mess of these going up a few months ago, but I think the "love cave between my legs" phrase put this one at the top of the list.
