I'm looking for the black US army beret that says:

Omnibus Semper Excellere

on the sky blue part with the white stars around it. Has a picture of what looks to be a genie lamp on it. I cannot find one online though and of course my local stores don't have army stuff. If I'm not in the army how do I get one for collection purposes? I have a picture of this if necessary.

From the unit, at the MCSS or vanguard.

I have a lot of references for Army heraldry, and this one is drawing a blank. It is either brand new or it is an ROTC, JROTC or military school/academy crest.
Given that the Lamp is a symbol of study and learning and the overall look of the crest, I'd bet on it being a school, not an Army unit.

It translates to "All men always excel" so I'd go with a training unit for cadets as well.

It's not on the list of approved Army mottoes that's on the Institute of Heraldry's website, so I'd say the others are probably right.
